Live Clean and Green
There is an intimate connection between the sustainability of our own health and the health of the planet. Small everyday choices lead to big changes over time. Living clean and green involves four steps:
  • Drink clean water (use a reverse osmosis filter)
  • Eating organic and using green household products
  • Drink plenty of clean water, eat fiber to move your bowels daily, and sweat to get rid of toxins through the skin
  • Reduce your exposure to electro-pollution by reducing cell phone usage
