To indulge your craving without wrecking your diet, go with "steamed" options for chicken, veggies, dumplings and rice. (Ask for brown sauce on the side.) A recent study found that thinner people browse the buffet first, chew their food more thoroughly, sit facing away from the buffet, wield chopsticks and use smaller plates. So give it a try!
