We've brought together a registered dietitian, self-professed "foodologist," personal trainer, trainer/psychologist and an exercise author. Each month, the Dream Team weighs in on the hottest diet and exercise topics, from buzz-worthy trends to plans that will always work. Our panelists include: Jonny Bowden, Liz Neporent, Lynn Grieger, Stacy Berman and Lisa Lillien.
Liz Neporent, MA, is the best-selling author of numerous books, including The Ultimate Body, Buns of Steel Total-Body Workout (with Leisa Hart), and Fitness for Dummies and Weight Training for Dummies (with Suzanne Schlosberg). Her newest book, coauthored with Schlosberg, is The Fat-Free Truth.
Lynn Grieger is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. Lynn coauthored 6 Weeks to Losing It for Good and writes food and nutrition articles for numerous publications. She's also a nutrition consultant for Bennington College and the Vermont Department of Health.
Lisa "Hungry Girl" Lillien considers herself a foodologist. Not because she has a fancy degree, but because she is obsessed with food. She's struggled with weight issues for most of her life, but food is her passion and lifelong obsession.
Stacy Berman is the founder of Stacy's Boot Camp, an outdoor fitness camp in New York City. She is a certified personal trainer with degrees in health education and psychology, and has also been a lifeguard and swim instructor.
Jonny Bowden is a board-certified nutritionist, weight loss coach and nationally known expert in the field of nutrition and fitness.
